Process Pump & Seal signs Assest Purchase Agreement

Process Pump is very excited about the recent decision of Metso Minerals, Inc. to extend our distributorship of Metso Slurry Pumps to West Virginia, Western Pennsylvania, and Eastern Kentucky. This extension was made possible following an Asset Purchase Agreement between Process Pump & Seal and Allegheny Process Systems.
Process Pump and Metso Slurry Pumps have been business partners in the Ohio and Kentucky markets since 2004. This extension of territory is recognition of our mutually successful partnership.
Process Pump-Morgantown WV will continue to maintain an office in Morgantown, with the same phone numbers as Allegheny Process Systems (304) 296-0094. Ryan Latocha will continue to be the main contact for the West Virginia office. Ryan’s efforts will concentrate on the Metso Slurry Pump Line, while continuing to sell and service engineered systems that were developed under Doug Hunt at Allegheny Process Systems.
